Just a quick note today! We are having a few illness and short staffing this week!

Matt took a few lambs in for butcher this week otherwise we are spending time in our greenhouses and getting ready for next year. Look for new year Whole Farm details to come out this weekend. Keep snow dancing!

One of our new vegetables this week is Choi Sum. It is between a bok choi and a broccolini and one of our favorite new treats. Stir fry it with a simple garlic stir fry or add it to your other stir fried veggies!
