All farm positions are key to the success of our farm.

Hiring Now for:

  • Farm Education - Hiring 1 Education lead and 4 educators for the summer / fall season.

  • 2026 Leadership Positions: Experience please; housing occasionally possible for the right candidates.

    • Greenhouse manager: 5k’2 heated prodction, 5k’2 high tunnel production. typically with one assistant and the occasional crew for big projects.

    • Pack shed / Sales: Pack shed mgmt for 3 days/week harvest/wash/pack & manage up to 8 staff. Must have attention to detail, organized, fast paced and tidy.

    • Vegetable harvest lead: 10-12 acres summer vegetable production for wholesale and csa. Keeps a crew of 10-12 efficient and works closely with all other leaders.

    • Flower field lead: 1 acre cut flowers + 2k’ high tunnel + 3k’ heated production. Crew of 4.

    • Market stand manager: Farm stand, you pick berry, csa distibution, and bouquet arrangement.

  • Summer Vegetable Crew: 8 ppl, 2026 positions starting April - May

    • Vegetable seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, irrigation, grounds, packing and some delivering.
      Full time working Monday to Friday or Thursday-Monday, through the summer, end date early November. 4 day weeks are possible, particularly if weekends are worked. Experience not necessary, and bring a positive attitude and a commitment to working with a diverse community of farmers and to the success of our farm and feeding our community!

      Part time positions available, mornings, afternoons, etc.

  • Summer 2026 Cut Flower farmers: 3 ppl, May - late October

    • Seeding, transplanting, field care, harvest, arranging, and by later summer, bouquet design.

  • Fall Pumpkin Patch, Field Trip, and Cider Mill Crew Starting September 2026:

    • Full time or part time including evening cider mill help and weekends. Tractor/hay wagon drivers. Farm education with elementary field trips. Cider mill operations.

    • Starting 3rd week of September
